We will start monitoring the inspection results and praising those restaurants that reach respectable scores.  Our opinion of a decent score is nothing less than 96%.  We consider 90% to 95% neutral, and anything less than 90% should be avoided.  Naturally, 100% is an excellent score, but that isn't easy even for restaurants with the best intentions.  Nevertheless, they exist, and we feel they deserve special recognition for their efforts.

We will take into consideration their historical scores.  If a restaurant gets one bad score, we will not interrupt that as the typical pattern, but if an establishment has a pattern of low scores, it will be written and published, but again, we will recognize those with high scores.

The perfect establishment has high online customer reviews and a typical pattern of high health inspection scores.  We will help filter the list to help our readers find the best and safest restaurants to dine at.
