- Yalai Zhang - less restaurant experience, but an expert at making dumplings

Their objective is to produce high-quality, handmade dumplings, a large variety of tea, as well as other Asian cuisines in an employee-friendly environment that focuses on customer satisfaction.

The atmosphere is casual, clean, and comfortable.  Thus far, their online customer reviews are 5 Stars on Google.

Zixuan Hu, a partner, has two master's degrees in business, so there has been a significant amount of planning put into this concept. So, naturally, planning always pays off.

The most impressive factor that we heard is that most of the items are handmade, not bought and recooked.  Seven appetizers but all of the dumplings are handmade, ensuring high quality that will undoubtedly satisfy the customers.

We want to welcome a new restaurant venture and will do everything in our power to help ensure its success.  Currently, the restaurant industry is facing some challenging times, but these young entrepreneurs appear to have factored that into their business model.

Red Lobster permanently closes its doors at 9838 Watson Road, St. Louis, Missouri.

ST LOUIS, MO (StLouisRestaurantReview) As we have discussed for months, the tidal wave of restaurant closures has not concluded as of yet.  January and February are some of the most challenging months, so we will likely see more in the upcoming weeks as sales continue to decline and staffing issues continue to increase in difficulty.

Red Lobster marks this location on its website as "Temporarily Closed," but its Google listing shows it as "Permanently Closed.

100.9 - The Eagle published an article announcing the same information.

The biggest problem when a big chain restaurant closes is that the real estate was built and configured for them, and usage becomes difficult due to the reconfiguration cost.  Unfortunately, the restaurant, car, and banking industries suffer from this exact situation.

However, the residents don't need to worry because, in the restaurant industry, there is always another player waiting to launch a new model.

ST LOUIS, MO (StLouisRestaurantReview) KSDK reported the temporary closing of BB's Jazz, Blues and Soups, located on South Broadway.

BB's Jazz has been in business entertaining residents and visitors since 1976.

They represent that they will reopen later this year after remodeling and rethinking how to conduct business to attract more customers.

However, the restaurant, bar, and entertainment industry has changed since the COVID pandemic lockdown.  Prices have been skyrocketing, staffing is challenging, and consumers have changed their behaviors, making it difficult for business owners to know exactly how to operate.
