OLIVETTE, MO (StLouisRestaurantReview) Asian restaurants are the most popular in the industry.  The cuisines are filled with flavor, but most importantly, it is some of the most healthy cuisines you can eat.  In addition, the Asian region has a life expectancy that is substantially higher than most other countries, and that should be considered.  It is clearly due to their diets and healthy lifestyle.  Asian cuisines have excellent alternatives for vegetarians or consumers that require gluten-free diets.
